This website is owned and operated by The Pleasant Farm Home Owners Association in Beaufort South Carolina. Pleasant Farm is a small residential community of 66 homes built starting in 1973. Pleasant Farm is located off Broad River Blvd near the Broad River.
The purpose of this website is to facilitate the communication of information between the Association and our residents, and to provide a repository for current copies of legal documents. These include the Covenants and Bylaws, Pool Rules and ARB request form. The HOA board is committed to preserving homeowner equity and common assets.
