Annual Homeowners Meeting Held on December 3, 2022

The 2022 Annual  Pleasant Farm Homeowners Association Meeting was held at the Community Pool on Saturday, December 3rd.  A recap of events from 2022 was presented. Plans for 2023 and a detailed proposed budget were also presented and approved. Elections for the 2023 Board of Directors was also held.

Pool Closed Until Spring

The Pleasant Farm Community Pool was closed on September 30th and will reopen in the Spring of 2023.

Pleasant Farm “Bus Stop” Dedicated To Wayland D. Chavers

On December 15, 2018 a dedication ceremony was held to recognize and honor  Wayland D. Chavers, long time resident and frequent PFHOA Board Member,  for his more than 30 years of exceptional leadership and volunteer service to his beloved Pleasant Farm Community. Present at the ceremony were his wife Margie, two daughters and many current Pleasant Farm residents who were on hand to tell "Wayland Stories" as part of the  tribute to the man who helped shape this family neighborhood.

Take Notice of Posted Signs in the Neighborhood

Residents and their guests are encouraged to take notice of posted signs in the neighborhood.  Signs such as the speed limit, picking up after your animals, children playing are reminders that Pleasant Farm is a family friendly neighborhood and we must all work together to keep it a pleasant and safe place to live.
